Responsible access

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonation, unauthorized access or interference with its services. Names, images and other content may belong to the store or their respective rights holders; browsing does not grant ownership or unrestricted reuse.

Choosing goods and submitting an order

Review the item description and chosen options carefully. We work to present accurate details, but errors can occur and may need to be corrected with the customer. Submitting an order is a purchase request subject to acceptance, availability and payment authorization.

Charges and fulfillment

Prices are expressed in United States dollars. Check any tax and delivery charge shown before payment, and provide correct billing and shipping information. Preparation is 1–2 business days after payment authorization; estimated travel after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Refer to the Shipping Policy for shipment handling rather than treating these windows as a guaranteed delivery date.

After-sales arrangements

Requests for eligible returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. We accept new, unused non-defective merchandise and provide a process for damaged, faulty, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed items. Seek approval before mailing to the confirmed address. A free prepaid label is included in the package and no restocking fee applies. Exchanges require review and available stock. Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original method within 10 days; financial-institution posting time is separate. See the Refund Policy.

Rights, privacy and contact

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and any limitation applies only where permitted. Information practices are explained in the Privacy Policy.
